Burdick Group Desks - Herman Miller
These desks were designed by Bruce Burdick for Herman Miller, and are currently available through AOS. The Burdick desk gained reputation in 1981 winning the Life Magazine Industrial Design of the year award. These modular desks supported by stainless steel beams fixed to 3-point bases and can be arranged or combined to form L,T, U or S shapes and are priced accordingly. This innovative desk grows with your needs for organization and work space. List price is $8,000 to $15,000, but our price $4,000 to $7,500.

Knoll Upstart

Upstart is a collection of freestanding, height-adjustable table desks, privacy screens and storage components that work in conjunction with systems furniture or plan independently to create flexible work areas. Independent table desks create any number of configurations to support individual or group work. Rectangular and curved shapes are supported by straight or curved legs. Original Upstart table desks feature rounded corners and curved legs, and Plannable Upstart table desks feature crisp, 90 degree corners and straight legs. Casters and glides are height adjustable to support proper alignment and user comfort. Original Upstart table desks feature an adjustment range of 25" to 30" for glides and 27" to 31" for casters. Plannable Upstart table desks feature an adjustment range of 27-3/4" to 32-3/4" for glides and 27-3/4" to 31-3/4" for casters.

The one-inch thick 45 lb. industrial grade high density particle board has high pressure, scratch resistant laminate.We currently have about 100 of this units in stock. Vinyl T-molding prevents dings on edges. The baked-on powder coat finish on the legs is the toughest finish available! Soft rubber 2 3/8" twin wheel casters provide easy and quiet rolling.
